Returns Policy
1. General Provisions
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of item receipt. Requests for returns must be made within this period.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, unsprayed, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@paradisecosmetics.ca. Upon approval, we will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns outside of this policy, including unsolicited returns, will not be accepted. All returns are subject to an investigation, which may include video surveillance. A refund will not be issued for any opened, used, or substituted items.
2. Exclusions
Due to the risk of product tampering, fragrance samples and decants are non-returnable.
Returns due to personal dissatisfaction, including allergies or sensitivity (e.g., headache), cannot be accommodated. We encourage you to review ingredient lists prior to purchase to avoid allergens.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We require notification within 3 days of delivery, with photographic evidence sent to info@paradisecosmetics.ca.
Claims without adequate proof or those made outside the specified reporting period may be refused. Our window for quality-related complaints is within 5 days of package receipt; late submissions are deemed invalid.
4. Third-Party Shipping
If using a third-party freight forwarding service, our responsibility ceases once the package is transferred to your chosen courier. We are not liable for damage, loss, or leakage during third-party transit.
5. Non-returnable Items
Non-returnable items include perfumes in 2ml, 5ml, 10ml, and 20ml sizes, decants, samples, items on sale, discovery sets, gift cards, and any products that caused allergic reactions. If you have questions about an item’s return eligibility, please contact us.
By placing an order, you acknowledge all risks associated with potential adverse effects, including allergies. We encourage reviewing each product’s ingredient list and consulting with a healthcare professional if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies.
This policy does not cover unsealed, opened, or used skincare, makeup, hair care products or nutrition supplements due to hygienic standards. 6. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item first and make a separate purchase for the replacement. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please note that the timeframe for the refund to appear may vary by bank or card provider.
8. Wrongly Ordered Items
If you ordered an incorrect item and it has shipped, our standard return policies apply. Please review orders carefully before confirming to avoid inconvenience.

9. Shipping Address Correction
If an incorrect address was provided, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Orders are shipped based on the details provided at purchase, including the shipping address. If an item is returned due to an address error, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For allergic reactions, please notify us within 48 hours, as medical documentation or photographic evidence may be requested. We recommend purchasing a sample if you have known fragrance sensitivities, as returns for allergic reactions are not accepted.
